We operate a seasonal BBQ food cart on Charlottesville’s Historic Downtown Mall every Tuesday through Friday 11am – Until the ‘Que is gone, as well as offering an array of catering options and services! Our secret beef, pork and poultry dry rubs are made in house, as well as our five distinct barbeque sauces. All of our sides are made fresh daily using only the highest quality ingredients. We smoke our meats using a combination of hardwood charcoal and “kiln dried” Hickory shipped direct to us from Kentucky.
